The girl on the right : "I work in a non profit organization. We try to raise awareness about plastic that's polluting the oceans. There is a huge area in the Pacific Ocean where the currents gather all the plastic. It doesn't form any kind of solid platform because all the plastic has been broken in very very tiny pieces by the waves. But there are millions of them and so it creates this kind of smug effect in the water, like when you're in a big city downton and there is smug in the air cause of pollution. So what we're doing is that we advocates for the reduction of plastic trash. We're telling people and companies to throw less and to rather reuse stuff. And to build and use reusable items rather than making throwable items. For example right now I'm using a real spoon that i'll wash at home rather than using a plastic spoon that I'll throw away. That's the best way to reduce trash and plastic : to make and use reusable items. "
